1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Nothing in this policy limits or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
PortableBidet provides a voluntary one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the PortableBidet, beginning from the original retail purchase date. This warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, statutory consumer rights.
What the warranty is intended to cover
A verified manufacturing defect in the unit, pump, controls or other covered component that arises during normal use and is not caused by an excluded event. PortableBidet may troubleshoot the product and, where appropriate, repair, replace or provide another remedy consistent with the warranty and applicable law.
What the voluntary warranty does not cover
The voluntary warranty does not cover damage caused by circumstances such as:
- Accidental impact, crushing or misuse.
- Unauthorised opening, alteration or repair.
- Charging while wet or using an inappropriate power source/cable setup contrary to instructions.
- Running soap, oils, fragrances, carbonated liquids, chemicals or other non-approved liquids through the pump.
- Very hot water or other use contrary to the instructions.
- Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Loss or theft.
- Damage to third-party containers/accessories not supplied as part of the warranty-covered product.
How to make a claim
Contact us with proof of purchase, order number, a description of the problem and reasonable supporting evidence such as a photo or short video where helpful. Do not send the product until return instructions are provided if inspection is required.
Statutory rights
Warranty exclusions do not remove rights that apply when goods are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the consumer contract. You may have remedies beyond the voluntary warranty period depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
